Professional photographs, two key safes, and furnishing to a lettable standard. These are not optional. A property cannot be listed without them, and every property we manage has all three.
If you already have them, setting up costs you nothing. There is no onboarding fee and no exit fee. If anything is missing, we supply it at the prices below and nothing is charged until you have agreed to it in writing.
Professional photography — £260 one off if you do not already have it. The images are yours to keep.
Key safes — £60 each supplied and installed. Two are needed.
Furnishing — quoted as a fixed sum in writing once we have seen your photographs.
